Why do you use mostly natural fibers in your products?

We use natural fibers primarily because they are more sustainable and eco-friendly. Natural fibers are biodegradable and have a lower environmental impact compared to synthetic materials. Natural fibers like silk and cotton offer superior comfort and breathability, ensuring our circle skirts feel as fabulous as they look. We prioritize quality and comfort in every piece.

Why do you limit plastic to zippers, buttons, other notions, and some packaging?

Our goal is to balance responsible fashion with practicality. By restricting plastic to only small, necessary parts, we can maintain this balance without compromising on the quality and functionality of our skirts.

How do I find the right size in your skirts?

For accuracy, measure your waist where you want the skirt to sit. Compare these measurements with our size chart to ensure the best fit.

Why do you do Pre Orders for new products?

By focusing on pre orders for new products, we produce based on actual demand, significantly reducing the risk of overproduction and waste. This approach aligns with our commitment to sustainability. It also allows us to gauge interest in new designs and offer our customers exactly what they want.

How many skirts need to be purchased during a presale for a style to go to production?

For a style to go into production, we typically require a minimum of 35-100 skirts to be sold. The actual number depends on the fabric yardage minimums required by our suppliers and the factory production minimums. This threshold ensures that there's sufficient demand for a new style before we commence manufacturing.

Can I find your products in physical stores, or are they exclusively sold online?

While our products are only available online at the moment, we are always exploring opportunities for expansion.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Customers can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please see our full return policy here.

How often do you release new collections or designs?

Alongside our main seasonal collections, we occasionally introduce limited edition designs or special capsule collections throughout the year. These offer unique styles and are often available in limited quantities. Yes, we offer customization options for our circle skirts. Include in your email any details that are relevant to your idea for example: style, fabric, size, length, pockets, embellishment, etc.

Do your skirts have pockets?

Do you offer skirts for all seasons?

Our skirts are designed to adapt to different seasons. With various lengths and materials, from cotton to silk, we provide options that cater to comfort and style no matter the season.

Do you use recycled materials in your products?

Our goal is to balance high-quality products with environmental responsibility. Although we don't currently offer products made with recycled materials, we are actively researching and testing a variety of materials that meet our standards for durability, comfort, and style.

I like your circle skirts, but they are out of my budget. Do you offer patterns, supplies, or classes so I can make my own?

We understand that not everyone has a budget for our products. Our designer, Dianna, came from a DIY background and is planning on teaching circle skirt workshops in the future.
