1. Returns and Refunds
At Circle Skirt Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read our return policy below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must have all original tags and labels attached.
3. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Other intimate or hygienic items.
4. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
a. Contact our customer support team at help@circleskirtcentral.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
b. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
c. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible.
5. Return Shipping
USPS: You can return your order for free if your chosen shipping option is USPS.
UPS/FedEx, etc.: You are responsible for return shipping costs for all other shipping options. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. After 30 days a replacement will be offered, no refund will be given.
